Difference between the GTI and the Rabbit?

Apart from mechanics, what is the overall difference from the VW GTI and the VW Rabbit. Is it the same body with the acception of rims, front bumper and antenna? Or is there more things that are different. I know there is a 50HP difference and it uses premium feul but what I want to know is there is a difference on the look apart from what I mentioned before...Difference between the GTI and the Rabbit?
Not really. The GTI is basicly a sport model of the Rabbit. That's how it was with the older GTI's and Golfs. There are also different options you can get on the GTI but nothing too special.Difference between the GTI and the Rabbit?
The only differences besides the exterior styling, are a few things in the interior, such as fabrics/leather, seats, headunit, cockpit is sportier, pedals, transmission (whats visible from the interior), stereo, xenon lights, fog lights, exhaust... and a few other things.

The differences arent too major... the GTI is just a sporty version of the Rabbit.

Both great, but i like the GTI more.

btw, the only moron here is blt2wheel
