Honestly, it isn't too healthy to bathe your rabbit, since it bathes itself. I know their paws get dirty, but unless your a snobby show person, then that shouldn't matter. :CWhat age dose my rabbit have to be to give him a bath?
You should only consider washing a rabbit if it's too dirty to clean itself. This is not a common situation unless the rabbit is long-haired, or sick. Stick to spot-cleaning if only a portion of it's body is dirty. Totally emersing a rabbit in a bath at any age needs to be done with caution - a good number of rabbits will go into shock and drop dead from the experience. If you absolutely MUST bathe it, do it as quickly as possible, use an appropriate small animal shampoo, and make sure the rabbit is DRY before you place it anywhere that it might get cold. Rabbit fur takes a long time to dry, so you should be prepared to be blow-drying it for a long time - or if the weather is very warm, it will be ok to dry in an open space where it can move about.
well usually rabbits keep them selfs very clean but sometimes do need baths you should make sure your rabbit is a little older than 16 weeks old,and make sure you always use water that is not to hot and not to cold.
Hope this helped...Good luck!
